Notice of Proposal Competition: JNTO Luxury Market Activities and MICE Advertising 2016-2017

We hereby announce the following planned proposal competition for JNTO Luxury Market Activities and MICE Advertising 2016-2017.

Details of project

To raise Australian luxury travellers’ interest in visiting Japan and drive visitation through exhibiting at Luxperience and organising a familiarisation trip for Luxury Travel Advisors; and to promote Japan as an attractive business events destination to meeting and event planners in Australia, and promote the Japan booth at AIME 2017.

The proposal period will be from 19 May 2016 – 14 June 2016. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Interested parties must email asking for the Request for Proposals document with the project name (JNTO Luxury Market Activities and MICE Advertising 2016-2017) in the subject of the email. The Request for Proposals document will then be emailed to you. This document will contain all necessary information about project scope, deliverables and deadlines.

We will not hold any briefing session regarding this Request for Proposal. We accept questions by email.

Proposals must be handed directly to the Sydney office, or to be delivered by mail.

We are unable to provide information to you over the phone due to the competitive nature of the tender process.
